The snapshot below and shared PDF file has the summarized table of ¹H, ¹³C and ¹⁵N chemical shifts of 20 common amino acids. I reformat the statistics from BMRB using the “average” values. I am lazy to dig webpages time by time when I need to check assignments of particular atoms. So making this table makes my life easier. The nomenclatures are BMRB format. For example Alanine HB is named MB as the 3 protons are constantly indistinguishable. The ¹H, ¹³C and ¹⁵N are colored in black, red and blue, respectively.
