We have recently purchased a package of HTC Vive virtual reality set to aide us visualize the “real” 3D of protein structures we are interested in.

The HTC Vive Pro is connected to a Windows PC equipped with a NVidia GTX 1060 graphic card. We will upgrade our GPU PC soon to have a smoother control/display in large cryo-EM map and structures.

This Vive pro VR will be our sharp tool to analyze protein-protein interactions, protein-ligand complex as well as protein assembly.
